At Shop With Pink, your satisfaction matters to us. That’s why we offer you the chance to check and review your items upon delivery. You can inspect the pieces, try them on if needed, and decide on the spot if everything meets your expectations.

If something isn’t right — whether it’s the size, fit, or just not what you expected — you can simply hand it back to the courier right away. We're happy to take it back immediately.

However, once the courier has left, the delivery is considered final, and we’re unfortunately unable to accept any returns or exchanges. This policy helps us ensure that all items remain in perfect, unworn condition for hygiene and quality reasons.
